‘Baak Leadership Program’ (BLP) is a practical program that consists of five modules. Reason or emotion? Power or weakness? By sparring with top instructors and experienced colleagues you will gain new insights and knowledge. You also get a clear picture of your role as a leader and your leadership style. The training course is attuned to your daily practice and can be used in situations at your work. The program is designed for professionals with at least ten years of working experience, five years of which as a manager.
