‘Baak Senior Executive Program’ (BSEP) is an intense, bilingual program consisting of four modules and a reunion, divided over a period of six months. The training course is aimed at executives and professionals between 38 and 55 years old with senior and leadership experience. Supervised by top instructors, you often develop unexpected power of your own knowledge and experience and you come closer to the essence of today’s leadership. An individual coaching track completes the program.

Content
Leadership in our time is an ongoing process. Even though you have reached important goals, there are always new goals to work for. You regularly wonder how you, with your knowledge and experience, can renew your view on your organization, your employees and – last but not least – on yourself and your personal potential. This program offers you the opportunity to take a step back and to reflect with peers on the essence of your leadership role.

The program offers various possibilities to realize your personal and professional goals, such as:
- support by top instructors from various areas of expertise;
- individual and personal coaching;
- peer supervision; and
- a challenging view on current frameworks and views on leadership.

Program structure
BSEP is bilingual and is offered in English as well as in Dutch. The programs consists of four modules, divided over a period of six months. Halfway the first module you resume work in Rome. Prior to the program an introduction meeting will be organized to find out if the program agrees with you and vice versa: if you agree with the program. During the modules there is much opportunity to exchange experiences.

Module 4
Reflection
This module takes place three months after the third module has finished and is designed to reflect on your development as a leader.

Result
BSEP changes yourself and thus your leadership. The program expands your personal and professional horizons and allows you to better implement new future goals in your organization. You will notice the BSEP-group remains an important sounding board for a long time.

BSEP & Co
You can expand the program with individual coaching meetings. With a professional coach you work closely on important issues. You profit more from BSEP and your learning lasts longer.
