And then there’s the downside. Sometimes everything moves so fast, you feel as if you’re caught in a whirlwind. Two feelings conflict: there’s so much you want, yet somehow, you believe there’s got to be more. Meanwhile, it’s tough to get a grip on the endless choices....

We’ll help you position yourself—take risks and responsibility while remaining open to opportunity.
“Get Real” helps you locate your authenticity. In the context of this program, we’ll explore your potential and isolate choices. Coaches will lead you to new ways of positioning and presenting yourself. You’ll also learn to get things done and remain loyal to yourself.
What to Expect
After experiencing “Get Real,” you’ll act more persuasively, decisively and autonomously. Your actions will more often yield concrete results. When dealing with others, you’ll find you’re flexible. And, perhaps most important, you will discover what you really want from your career.
Program Structure
Part 1:
- Journey to your authentic self
- Get feedback on your actions (from coaches, group members)
- Replace your one-dimensional self-image with a 360-degree portrait
- Boost personal impact
- A challenging assignment
Part 2:
- Assignments and exercises for turning words into actions
- Design a project that spurs personal development, adds to the organization—and to society.
Reunion Day
- Present your learnings and results
- Invite stakeholders to share the experience
- A look at the future
