‘Leadership, Reflection & Development’ (LRD) is an intense leadership program that consists of four modules; two of eight daily parts and two of five daily parts. You work with experienced instructors and provide feedback to each other on practical cases and learning goals. The training course is aimed at managers, those ultimately responsible, heads of departments and project and program-managers in the public and semi-public sector.
