Management by Coaching

Have faith in yourself and in your team
Coach or boss? They seem two different concepts, but eventually your organization expects you to give a good performance and be a motivator to your people at the same time. Not in a directive way, but in a positive manner. You inspire, you encourage and you know how to deal with emotions and resistance in times of change. Hard? By investing in yourself, you can learn how to be a coaching leader.
‘Management by Coaching’ (MBC) is an intense, moving training course taking two modules. In the first module you are the main subject, in the second module ‘the other’ is put at the forefront. You will gain knowledge and insight into your coaching skills and your personal style as a coach. MBC is a training course for experienced executives who will be a coach in the future or have been a coach for some time.
Coaching
Coaching. It seems simple, but it’s hard... and at the same time it’s simple. Unconsciously, people are apt to hold on to what’s familiar to them. By nature, changes are threatening. How do you deal with emotions and resistance? Every employee is different and should be approached differently. Self-knowledge is indispensable if you are to be a coach. What are the norms and values you work with? By being a coaching leader, you help other people to develop at a professional as well as a personal level. And you invest in the relationship with your employees.
