What to Expect
This program offers profound insights into how leaders and organizations operate. In the process of this experience, our qualified instructors will help you to discover what kind of leader you are. We’ll proceed to work with you on defining your wishes, your weaknesses, and your thinking pattern. Our instructors partner you in exploring—and resolving—complex leadership issues by co-designing solutions to existing problems.
Program Structure
This class begins with The Leadership Development Profile, a questionnaire to be completed before the group meets. The results of the questionnaire will be discussed with each participant individually.

- Appraising your leadership strengths and limitations
- Maximizing resources: yours, your people’s, and your environment’s
Part 2:
- Achieving greater presence, impact, and humanity
- Managing the power of perception
- Thriving despite unpredictability, uncertainty, and doubt
Part 3:
- Uncovering creative leadership choices
- Countering resistance to your leadership vision
- Operating with greater authenticity and personal authority
Part 4:
- Creating a personal-action plan for influencing others
- Implementing your personal-action plan
- Finding the path to transformational, mindful leadership
