Change starts with yourself: you knew that already. You also knew that change touches the hearts of people and the organization. But that’s not all. Change is also about behavior and values. By gaining more insight into this, you can strongly improve your qualities as a change agent.
‘Personal effectiveness in managing change (PEMC) is practical, person-oriented program that consists of four modules of two days each. The training course is aimed at managers, project managers or professionals who are involved in change programs in organizations. Based on a personal learning track, you will develop a new view on change processes.
The program has been based on Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the system theory and Leary’s Rose, and has been developed in cooperation with organization consultancy De Boer & Ritsema van Eck.
