The ‘Talent Development Program’ (called TOP in Dutch) is an intensive program taking two modules in which current management skills and personal effectiveness are pivotal. Especially for TOP-people with a college/university educational background who have worked as an executive, manager or professional for at least 1 year. TOP-people are at least 26 years old and at most 33 years old.
