Teamcoaching for Internationals

Defining a “Team”
Teams take a stunning variety of forms. You may be part of a start-up committee; a group of management professionals; a project team; a department or business unit that must cooperate to achieve.

Who Gains from Stronger Teams?
Well-functioning groups have one feature in common: they enjoy a synergy between members. When the team performs brilliantly, benefits abound. Individuals thrive; the team garners influence and momentum; and the organization moves forward.

But a naturally high-functioning team is more the exception than the rule.

What gets in the way? Sometimes personal interests disrupt group dynamics. Or there may be a gap between the organization’s interests and the team’s official assignment. Team members may disagree on objectives and methodologies. It could be that team members simply don’t click....

Whatever the conflict, team coaches address disconnects in a proactive, non-political way. The goal is unwavering: to help team members make optimal use of their unique talents.
