The Key to Success

High impact leadership
This program is based on the latest knowledge collected from successful business leaders, world-class athletes and artists and aims to unravel the key to their success.
The program is also strongly inspired by two books. One is Hostage at the table by Georg Kohlrieser, professor at IMD and former negotiator in hostage situations. He demonstrates that lack of success is partly due to being held hostage by your own thoughts and feelings. During this program we will reveal how you 'hold yourself hostage' and show you how to create energy and focus. The other book is Jim Collins' Good to Great. His research has shown the importance of letting go of your ego and creating a safe and inspiring environment where you and others can excel.
