We help you to crystallize your ambitions. To consolidate control of your career. That means focusing on you and your professional wishes—not on the demands imposed on you.
You'll learn to consciously direct your future. To define and follow your professional path. In this way, you will emerge from The Young Executives Program a stronger leader—of yourself and others.
What to Expect
You'll encounter other emerging executive men and women (28 to 38 years old) who also seek self-focus.
The Young Executives Program is an intensive experience. Those who choose this context are not afraid of change. They want to explore their personalities. Want to be challenged by international business environments. Want to grow—and even be confronted.
Program Structure
(The program consists of four parts, including a session in Istanbul or Barcelona.)
Part 1: Self-management and Leadership
- Questioning, mirroring, forming a personal development plan
- Defining and expanding your management style; leadership in context
Part 2: Managing Your Team
- Team development, group dynamics, your influence as leader
- Effecting change, handling resistance, inspiring and motivating others
Part 3: Running the Enterprise (takes place in Barcelona or Istanbul)
- Working in a "real life" local enterprise, team-building given cultural differences
- International business management, learning from local businesses
Part 4: Inspiring and Integrating
- Motivating as a leader, leadership paradoxes and dilemmas, new leadership perspectives.
- Requesting, giving, and receiving personal feedback; reflecting and looking ahead
Personal Coaching (Optional)
At your request, we supplement The Young Executives Program with five personal-coaching sessions. This is your opportunity to discuss and resolve private issues—and profit even more profoundly from the program.
Language
This program is taught in English once annually.
This program is also taught in Dutch.
