YEP Compact is a comprehensive leadership program that consists of five short modules of two consecutive days each. Lead by experienced program makers, trainers, and coaches, YEP Compact unites your personal and organizational insights with the goal of improving your effectiveness. This training course is for young managers with 8 to 15 years of work experience, 2 to 5 of which were gained in a management position.
YEP Compact helps you cultivate your qualities as a successful manager. Awareness and personal growth are central. The goal is to develop your operational leadership skills to embrace strategic leadership.
