Josette de Goede: "Sweden is a great source of inspiration for innovative learning!"

Today, innovation is the key to successful entrepreneurship.
But real innovation does not grow on trees. You can't press it into a step-by-step plan or a template. It's contained in things that are difficult to grasp such as company culture, vision and attitude. Which role do different cultures play? Which players have understood how it works? What are the keys to innovation?
To find an answer to these questions and extend horizons, De Baak organizes an Inspiration Tour several times a year. The tour consists of visiting a hotspot somewhere in the world: A rapidly developing region where one innovation follows the next at the blink of an eye. Together withand,Swedenis one of the three most innovative countries in. If there is such thing as an inspiring place, it'sScandinavia The Nordic Tour: A quest for the keys to innovation."
"Creative industry" and "corporate industry" met each other in.A colorful mix of established and young creative companies joined each other on their quest for innovation. The trip consisted of more than just exchanging knowledge. The team experienced the complex mix of factors behind successful innovation. Innovative companies such as Lego, Ikea, Nokia and Acne gave surprisingworkshops in
That is what I see as the beginning of innovation: having the courage to think outside the box. If you don't have the courage to change, to marvel, to open yourself to the moment, innovation will remain out of reach. You might as well stay at home with the doors closed. Our Sweden-group accepted the confrontation with their own ways of thinking. They discovered keys to innovation by challenging their own perceptions and by letting them be challenged. They experimented with a number of modern possibilities: They took on a digital identity, used iPods and came into contact ‑ virtually and in real life ‑ with a young generation of designers and innovators.
All of the people we met had the same motive: PASSION to create. I believe that innovative learning is all about discovering or rediscovering that passion. I am convinced that there are few places in the world that are as innovative asSweden!
