How does Diversity work in your Organisation?

If you read the articles of the Insight of January 3th, 2008 on www.debaak.com/insight, you see that Mirjam ten Cate, diversitymanager at ING believes that diversity is mainly a marketing issue. In the interview with Shahram Bahraini, who works on innovation at Albert Heijn, he says that diversity should be looked at in economic terms. In most companies this subject belongs to HRM.
