Intercultural Training
With a rapid increase in globalization, the opportunity for personnel within companies and organizations to come in contact with different national cultures has dramatically increased over the past years. Even in one’s own community one comes into contact with different cultures. With this contact comes the chance for intercultural conflict. By offering knowledge and the opportunity to sharpen one’s skills with respect to dealing with other cultures, de Baak plays a role in helping to facilitate the interaction of cultures.
