This might be your next big thing!
You are a passionate young professional, at a crossroad in your life. When you look around you, you see that traditional approaches and business models no longer work. You have a deep desire to make a difference, which is your priority and your are not just settling for the idea of good employment benefits and job security. You are true to your ideals and seek to achieve them through your work. Not in the distant future, but now! This demands determination, perseverance and the drive to explore unknown territory.

'Ordinary' jobs do not give you the opportunity to fulfill your dreams. ‘Social Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Impact Investment’ are calling to you.

With a ´crash course´ and a 3-6 month ´placement´, the Frontier Market Scouts Program offers you a unique opportunity to enter the world of ‘Social Entrepreneurship’ and ‘Impact Investment’.

We will start with an intensive two-week crash course in Amsterdam, a city known at the heart of Social Entrepreneurship. With a group of passionate young professionals from around the world, you go through a two-week program focused on experiential learning. Leading entrepreneurs and investors are 'instructors for a day', sharing their knowledge, expertise and networks. The program combines lectures, work on real-time business cases, and visits to start-ups and established social entrepreneurs.

After the crash course, you will move on to your international assignment which can be anywhere in the world. Before starting the program, you have already chosen where you want to go and the type of organization you would like to work with. You will either work for a local start-up or be responsible for setting up a Village Capital Business Accelerator program along with a local partner.

Your assignment lasts 3 to 6 months, and offers every challenge to realize what you have learned up to now, to fulfill your ambition and make an impact. And this won’t be easy nor without challenges, since reality demand that you do your utmost at every turn.

At the end of the Program
You are able to take a leading role in Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investment. This is thanks to the unique combination of knowledge and international experience you have acquired. You will know the theories and ‘best practices’, work with new business models, know the industry inside out and you have become an expert within a unique sector, e.g. technology or energy. You are able to shape your own career and impact the world.
