Sustainability is a guiding principle at De Baak. We help our clients’ adopt new organizational and business models that are needed in a cradle-to-cradle, circular economy. We do this by using a number of methodologies, including social innovation and change.
De Baak’s aim is to enable leaders and entrepreneurs to respond successfully to the challenges of a rapidly changing world and to make a positive, long-term impact on the lives of individuals, on society, on earth and on profit. That’s why we pursue global alliances to combine learning activities and collaborate on global sustainability challenges.
De Baak and 2041: a shared mission
We are proud and happy to team up with 2041. Polar explorer Robert Swan and his team are a true source of inspiration when it comes to stimulating renewable energy projects and protecting the last great wildernesses on earth: the North and South Poles.
The collaboration between 2041 and De Baak is already bearing fruit. We’re creating a leadership platform and building a network of international leaders who want to learn from and be inspired by others. Our mission is to apply this inspiration to stimulate leadership, creativity, innovation and future thinking.
Arctic Leadership Expeditions
Join us on the coolest leadership program on earth! De Baak offers programs to the Arctic region. We’ve found that bringing people to this frozen wilderness delivers a unique experience that inspires them to join the ultimate global expedition: creating a sustainable world. This inspiration can’t be found in the comfort of a centrally heated conference room. Only by immersing yourself in this unspoiled wilderness and by connecting your inner self with outer nature, will you and your team gain an unrivalled experience that will last a lifetime.
We offer a range of learning experiences to match a diversity of learning needs. Individuals can join our open enrollment programs. One of our advisors will help you find the right program that meet your personal learning needs and desires. For companies that want to work together, we have intra-company programs. Each company sends one or more of their staff to participate. It’s a great way to learn how other businesses overcome their own particular challenges. Finally, we offer customized in-company programs, co-created to meet the specific needs of your company.
